Both.
Who you are as a person, shapes very much how you show up at work.
In the 1:1 coaching, it’s often 2/3 Business – 1/3 Personal.
In the Group Program the focus is more on Personal Development.
+/- 3 h per week for the Group and the 1:1 meeting.
1-2h per week to dive into the online resources.
The group sessions have 2 types of character:
a) Hot-Seat Format
The group gathers online.
You come with a question you are battling with.
The questions can be sent in beforehand.
It’s transparent to everybody.
Examples of questions:
“How do I balance being a mother with my business?”
“How do I create space for my self-care”?
“What get’s in the way of creating more meaningful work”?
“How can I up-grade my income?”
We investigate how many people want to have a Hot Seat for the session.
I allocate the time and order who will be served.
I listen and coach you on the question.
If it seems appropriate, I open it up for specific group feed-back.
This happens with clear guidelines and I keep the lead to hold the space for safety and clarity.
Chances are high that the questions of others tackle something in you:
either recognition or showing different angles on a situation or feeling.
You can also listen in and simply profit from the process – and don’t submit a question.
Experience shows that sharing and listening is equally inspiring and clarifying.

b) Interactive and experiential learning
Here the group meets live.
We collect the topics that are living in the participants hearts and minds.
I might investigate beforehand what is most useful and desired for the group’s needs.
Then we go ahead and dive into it.
Here are 3 Examples:
1) Agnes: Is feeling shy to speak in public.
Bart: Would like to be more confident walking into a room/ network meeting.
Claire: Hesitates to address a topic with a partner/ friend/ business relation that feels sensitive, or is confronting.
1) The group serves as the audience and Agnes gets to give a short talk to them.
I coach beforehand, and give tips. Optional: one of the members of the audience will be the ally to give signs. One can be the Rowdy rebel.
The session can be recorded by a different group member.
Afterwards there is feed-back what worked well and what can be different.
The group is a safe space to experiment with the unknown.
The honest answer is: No.
What is guaranteed is that you will be changed.
Maybe in ways that you did not expect or had planned!
The result depends very much on how you show up in the process.
It’s not advisable to enter into the training when you are in therapy.
A prerequisite to enter the group is that you can carry your own process.
When in doubt, let’s talk about it!
It’s not my first language, either!
The Program is designed in English to serve an international group.
It’s handy if you are comfortable and fluent in English.
I do speak also German, Dutch and Spanish, so if it’s easier to express yourself in one of these idioms, that’s possible.
For the home tasks, use whatever language works best for you.
