Philosophy & Vision

Philosophy and Vision

Imagine

we meet for the first time, and you have the feeling: she gets me.

She understands who I am and what matters, what works well and what doesn’t.

That’s my intention.

And even though we are all human beings of the same species,

there are no two persons alike on the planet.

When we meet, I have a box full of tools and methods to support you,

but the most important is: to sense what is needed for you in your process.

It’s a two way road – or to use the metaphor: it takes two to Tango.

We will work well together if you are also ready to show up and do the inner work.

Curiosity:

to see things in a different way

  •
  • Compassion:

to be gentle and kind to yourself and others

  •
  • Courage:

to try new things and meet the unexpected

  •
  • Creativity:

    to make new connections

Last but not least:

  •
  • Celebration!

To appreciate and honor the steps you take.

  •
  •
  • Small steps and big steps alike!
  • To open up and look at what works for you and what doesn’t,

    has one very important precondition:

  • Feeling safe.

  •
  • When we decide to work together,
I create an environment where you can feel safe
and where it’s ok to mess up, make “mistakes” or to “not get it”- straight away.

I’d like to propose that there is no “right” or “wrong” – at least in the working process together!

  • The very notion that there is a “right” gives birth to the existence of “wrong”.

  • Instead I suggest to
explore choices you can make to feel more free, at ease, and in connection.

It’s like moving in the space of opportunities,
rather than labelling things as “right” or “wrong”.

My approach is holistic:

Who we are, is interconnected with everything that is in and around us.
We are an ever changing process, constantly evolving, influencing and shaping our environment.

How I work, and how we work together

The way you feel – and how others perceive you

is often reflected in your body posture and in the sound of your voice.

Your voice lives in your body, and you will notice that when your body feels open and relatively free of tension, your voice will sound more free as well.

Who we are now is being shaped by multiple factors:

family, education, social and cultural conditioning, just to name a few.

We have all developed patterns, habits and behaviours.
Many of them are reflected in your body and your voice. Some of them are useful, some of them are not – anymore.

They all evolved for a reason, mostly for self-protection!

The Methods

In the work, I draw on a variety of methods and modalities, that have informed and shaped my background and experience over the years.

Each method can only be as useful and effective depending how it’s being used.

And:

to be consistent with it!

One rule always applies:

Small steps contribute to big changes!
