Feel your feet on the ground Open your senses to what is happening:
The taste of your drink. The temperature of the room where you are. The smells in the room. The sounds.
Notice Your breathing. Notice what’s going on in your mind. If you get distracted, let your attention land again on your breathing, and your senses.
Notice how you feel.
