How the program is structured
This is a guided, structured container over 5 months.
You receive:
- Weekly group sessions (live, embodied practice + integration)
- Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions (individual guidance tailored to your process)
- 1 live retreat in Amsterdam (integration + depth work)
- Peer support structure (guided, not random sharing)
- Online materials for integration and practice
- Voice/message support between sessions (within clear boundaries)

- You enter after an intake conversation
- You receive both group and individual support throughout
